We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join a well established marketing agency based in Ellesmere Port due to rapid growth. Salary up to £29k plus commission (OTE £40k), plus excellent benefits working Mon-Fri 9-5. This is an office based role.
As Key Account Manager (KAM) you will be working in a well established team 8-10 KAMs, and will be responsible for a portfolio of 5-10 existing customer accounts in the UK. You will ensure the highest level of service and maximise all potential business whilst maintain regular contact with clients and reviewing their account performance monthly to ensure it meets clients objectives.
Renegotiating and renewing contracts as well as sending, discussing and analysing monthly reports are all important parts of this role. Your ability to understand and interpret client data in a clear and commercial manner will enable your success in this role. Up-selling and cross selling to clients will also feature in this role to retain and grow existing accounts.
It is essential you have worked in an account management role previously with excellent communication skills. You will be driven by building client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and motivated by commission! Excellent IT skills especially Excel with an analytical mind are required for this role.
