- You would be responding to enquiries from Team Members to help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- You will use thorough research and in-depth troubleshooting to determine the most effective manner to resolve technical issues.
- You will be responsible for supporting users in the use of computer equipment by teaching, instructing or providing any necessary training and advice to Team Members regarding software or hardware functionality
- You will be recommending suitable software and hardware systems where these might improve performance.
