Have you recently finished an IT/ computer related course from university/ college and unsure of your next move? Are you the unsung hero amongst your technophobic peers? Maybe you are already working in first line support and looking for your next step?
We are looking for tech - savvy candidates to join an established 2nd Line Support team and get stuck into all aspects from technical to customer support. Lack of experience isn't a drawback - as long as you have an interest in coding and are able to work quickly and methodically to meet deadlines, we actively encourage you to apply. However it is essential that you have great customer service skills and are keen to learn.
The successful candidate would identify and resolve issues reported from the clients regarding their bespoke in- house software. They will also be altering templates to coincide with the expectations of the customers, working alongside customers and customer support team to resolve queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
The ability to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, having excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and using initiative to solve problems are all imperative to the role.
