Exciting opportunity for a 3 month temporary role working as an IT Service Desk Analyst for a great professional services company based in the City. Providing internal 1st line and 2nd line support to a network of offices across the UK, you will be instrumental in the delivery of a first class IT support function and the main point of contact in the City Office itself.
Working Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. this IT Support role is to hold the fort whilst they restructure the department.
Ideally you will have 2 years plus experience of providing 1st line / 2nd line support (e-mail / phone /remote) and will have used a ticketing system. You will also have experience with Citrix as well as Windows 7 & 10. Microsoft MCP qualified, you will feel comfortable supporting Office 365 and Office 2013 products as well as audio visual equipment, iPhones, iPads. In addition, you will have some experience of patching, power and setting up new workstations.
In terms of soft skills, you will be able to demonstrate a very high level of customer service and communication skills as you will be in contact with everyone in the business up to Partner level.
This position is available with immediate effect! Interviews will take place w/c 27/01/20 with a view to a start on Monday 03/02/20.
