We are looking for an Internal Sales Person to join the Rochester branch (ME2):
Join one of the UK’s leading distributors of electrical products and solution providers with 250+ branches nationally with a core value to develop talent & internal progression.
As an Internal Sales Person, you will provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty.
You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.
We are looking for sales minded people, who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly & bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in.
You may also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in the warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.

- Monday to Friday – shifts between 07:30 – 17:00

- Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)
- Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
- A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
- An ability to recognise sales opportunities
