We have the perfect solution, we are recruiting for a Internal Resourcer to join our RPO team based in the city centre of Bristol. Salary £18-20k dependent on experience working full time 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday although some flexibility may be required around working hours. As a Internal Resourcer within the RPO team you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for either Driving or Pharmaceutical industries and placing then into permanent roles.

Main duties will include posting job adverts, screening advert responses, conducting telephone interviews with candidates, formatting CVs and writing profiles on candidates to present to clients, arranging interviews and producing the relevant paperwork for the candidate, as well as keeping the CRM database updated with the progress of any activity.

Ideally you will have agency or in-house recruitment experience, with a consultative approach and knowledge of permanent recruitment. However if you have a strong Customer Service background with a desire to get into recruitment, enjoy speaking to people but don't want to undertake a sales role then please get in touch.

An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines is necessary. This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same! Excellent IT skills are required including Word, Excel, Outlook and in-house databases/ CRM systems ideally.
