An opportunity has arisen for an Income Administrator to work for our client based in Taunton, working within their Income Team. This team is responsible for collecting large amounts of income on behalf of the organisation. This specific role will be mostly focused on the Cashiers function of collecting Direct Debits and amending banking instructions.

This role is a great opportunity for an organised candidate with high attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.

Key duties will include:

  • Generating reports and amending payment plans with a high level of accuracy.
  • Processing and collecting Direct Debit payments for a range of functions including Tax, Business Rates & Rent.

Successful candidates will be expected to have experience working with Microsoft Office and be committed to service delivery and providing a quality service to customers, previous payment processing and invoicing experience would be beneficial for this role.

This is working 37 hours per week 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and is starting as soon as possible. In the current circumstances the role will be home based with some requirement to visit the offices in central Taunton for occasional meetings.

Rate of pay is £10.54 per hour and this is initially working on a temporary contract until May 2021.
