Our client are recruiting for experienced inbound customer service operatives to work in their Promotions team.
Hours of work - 9am - 5pm Sunday - Thursday
Main duties will include -
Handling inbound calls from consumers and distributors from the UK, USA and Australia.
Addressing customer enquiries with via the telephone, using internal system and email.
Escalating customer issues to team leaders and retailers with regards to promotional claims
Being professional at all times in resolving customer issues and processing of inbound claims accurately.
Setting an example to other team members with a positive and professional attitude.
Fulfilment of any other ad hoc duties and supporting team members
Experience working in a similar role is highly preferable but not essential to these positions.
