I am recruiting for a HR Support Advisor on a permanent basis.
This role sits within a busy Human Resources team and reports directly into the Human Resources Director.
You will be expected to provide first line advice and support on a range of HR issues to Directors, Managers and Employees as well as ensuring consistent and accurate application of HR processes in compliance with the company's policies. You will be part of a dedicated area within Human Resources that provide recruitment and other general HR administrative duties.
To be successful in this role you will need to be all round HR Administrator with previous HR administration experience, if you have some previous payroll experience then this will be an advantage.
You must be full of energy, self-motivation and have high interpersonal confidence supported by excellent customer facing and client interaction skills with the ability to mange, organise and co-ordinate a very busy workload.
The ideal candidate will need to have a high degree of computer literacy including some technical understanding of ERP systems and an expert capability of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The salary on offer is c£28,000 per annum with a range of exciting flexible benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
