Our highly respected and well established charity client based in North London now needs two talented and well-rounded HR Advisors to join the HR team on a permanent basis
What does the role entail?
As the HR Advisor you will support the HR Manager, Training and Delivery Manager and employees from across the business with a wide variety of tasks, and to establish excellent working relationships with the stakeholders and customers and ensure that the HR team are delivering excellent levels of HR support at all times. You will need to be able to deal with day to day and operational HR queries in a timely and professional manner providing support based on your knowledge and experience of HR.
This role will oversee the workload of the HR Administrators and HR Assistants and ensure that all admin and first line support is completed quickly and effectively. You will be able to authorise suspensions and approve dismissals/grievance outcomes when supporting managers in ER cases.
What skills do you possess?
You will have worked within a similar HR Advisor position before ideally within a shared service environment and will have at least started your CIPD or other relevant industry qualification. You will have either lead or supported on ER investigations, be up to date with a good understanding of UK Employment Law and experience. An added plus would be payroll, training and recruitment experience. Previous HRIS system experience is useful and also being happy with the occasional UK travel too. You will be a self-starter, confident, articulate, happy getting involved in project work who possess drive and the want to develop themselves further.
What is on offer?
A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 is on offer dependent on your skills, abilities and experience as well as the opportunity to join a growing charity in their field.
