HR Coordinator | Administrator

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our successful team within a world leading meal kit company based out of Nuneaton.

●  Salary: £25,000pa
● Working Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
●  Contracted to 37 hours per week
● 12 month FTC

As a HR Coordinator you will be the support on all administration duties for a new project, working with the HR Executive to deliver against project deadlines.

You will support engagement and communications initiatives on-site in line with the project goals, work closely with the project team & managers to ensure all administration task are delivered.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
● Supporting the on-site HR team in the delivery of key HR projects and deliveries at the Distribution Centre
● Completing many admin-based tasks
● Creating document templates
● Ensuring employee documentation is correct and saved in relevant places
● Working with the core Distribution Centre HR team on the best way to effectively communicate with employees
● Supporting the management of queries in relation to your focus areas
● Updating and auditing HR systems
● Supporting the core distribution centre HR team in ad-hoc projects and tasks when required

HR Coordinator must be:
● Highly autonomous
● Keen to run with tasks independently
● A skilled administrator
● Able to work quickly while paying attention to detail
● Can easily learn to navigate new platforms
● Strong organisational skills
● Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
● Confident managing a large volume of administrative tasks
● An understanding of data protection and GDPR
● Computer literate
● Confident using Google Drive
