A leading engineering manufacturer specialising in steam, is looking for an experienced HR coordinator to join the team based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

  • Up to £26,000 – Dependant on Experience

  • Contracted to 37.5 hours per week

  • Working Pattern:Monday to Friday – 08.45 – 17.15

  • 27 days holiday + bank holidays

As our HR coordinator, you will support the HR team on all HR related tasks from recruitment administration to onboarding & new starter administration.

You will need to have experience within a HR role and a solid understanding of recruitment processes. Have a great eye for detail to ensure accuracy throughout your work and be able to use ATS systems to manage and update records.

HR coordinator Duties and responsibilities:

  • General HR and Recruitment administration

  • Recruitment co-ordination (end-end)

  • Onboarding new starters and acting as central point of contact

  • Other ad-hoc HR & Recruitment Project support

HR coordinator person:

  • Strong Accuracy & good attention to detail

  • Excellent all-round communication skills and a team player

  • Pro-active self-starter, comfortable working on your own and as part of a collaborative team

  • Previous HR or Recruitment experience (Highly desirable)

  • Proficiency across the MS Office suite (Particularly with Excel)

  • Recruitment ATS systems experience (Highly desirable)

  • Experience of working with customers (internal or external)

  • Highly organised and consultative

  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Integrity - comfortable handling sensitive and confidential employee data

  • Curious and able to challenge (as appropriate)

  • Creative outlook with the ability to work effectively within a fast-growing company with changing demands

  • Ability to manage expectations and communicate with colleagues at all levels
