Based in attractive & modern offices in Oxford, this leading independent company, are looking to expand their HR team to support their ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting time to be joining as the HR Department are about to implement a number of new HR initiatives and projects which you will be involved in! Your role will be varied, stimulating and hugely rewarding and you will be working closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor, supporting around 100 staff based across two offices. You will act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR and training related queries as well as assisting with all aspects of recruitment and on boarding. It can be a busy and demanding role and you will need to be highly organised, methodical and flexible in your approach. You will ideally need 2 years plus in a HR role and have had some exposure to recruitment and educated to A Level (or equivalent standard) or higher.
