You'll play a key role in helping patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring they receive vital healthcare equipment and services. What You'll Do:
- Provide empathetic and professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads.
- Manage workload effectively, including additional tasks and project work.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Handle escalated queries and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
- Adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment.

- Active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- To be empathetic and understanding with a calm and confident manner
- Able to use IT systems (including Microsoft Office software)
- Ability to think quickly and problem solve
- Self-motivated behaviour with excellent timekeeping, time management and organisational skills
