Meridian Health are recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to work in a busy hospital in Blackburn

This is a 6 month contract view a view to be extended

The duties of the role include:

  • First point of contact for telephone calls and service requests
  • Logging work orders onto the system
  • Sort and dispatch calls to engineer, sub contractor and site managers
  • Plan daily work loads and work orders
  • Raise Purchase orders and requisition orders
