Meridian Business Supporting are working on behalf of a state-of-the-art College based in Merseyside. They are looking for a Lecturer of Health & Social Care to deliver stimulating and interesting lecturers to their students.
Role: Lecturer of Health & Social Care
Salary: £11,523 to £17,688 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (permanent role)
Location: Merseyside
Start date: September 2024/October 2024
Our partnering College are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Lecturer in Health & Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement.
The successful candidate must work within the Health & Social Care department to support the success, achievement and enjoyment of their learners on their Health & Social Care programmes. The drive to develop curriculum, maintain excellent employer links and provide progression opportunities to our current curriculum offer is a necessity. We are looking for an outstanding staff member to complement and enhance our existing structure and be part of a team that supports colleagues and students.

Ideal candidates will have
- Have experience of teaching and motivating FE students.
- Hold a relevant degree; a higher degree is desirable.
- Have a relevant teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have GCSE Maths and English (A*-C)
- Be well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and enjoyable working environment
- Full time - 37.5 hours a week
