We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hand Coil Spring Maker to join our team. This role involves the manual production of high-quality compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms, working with wire up to 16mm. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Production teams to support custom solutions and high-quality output for our customers.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)
- Friday: 07:00 – 12:00
- Overtime available as required

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture compression, extension, and torsion springs, as well as wire forms, using hand coil methods for wire up to 16mm.
- Contribute to research, development, and design projects aimed at solving customer engineering challenges.
- Provide engineering solutions by using Lee Spring products to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments to support production requirements.
- Perform basic toolmaking tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in hand coil spring manufacturing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to various production needs.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
