Your new role as Group Payroll Manager will sit within the close knit Human Resources team where you will have the opportunity to support and work alongside the HR Director and join the busy HR and Payroll team as Group Payroll Manager where you will be responsible for running a large in-house payroll function for approx 2000 employees with variable and constant amounts to each payroll run which is currently outsourced to a third party provider.

The good news is there's huge scope for you to grow the role, as the company is hoping to bring the payroll in house so you will have chance to be part of the project team that will transition the payroll from outsource to in house. To succeed in this role you will already be dealing with a payroll of more than 1500 employees and ideally have worked with a third-party payroll provider as effective management of the payroll provider is a vital part of this role.
The client offers a positive working environment, and some of the best training in the industry. The salary range for this role is between £35,000 to £45,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension scheme and much more.
