Graduate Office Assistant

Are you a recent graduate who would like to work in a small, yet thriving e-commerce business? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Customer Support professional to join an organisation which supplies the home, garden and industrial markets with fencing products based in Burslem. This role is 9am-5pm Mon to Thu, with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays. This role is offering a salary of £18-20k.

As Sales/Customer Support you will be responsible for taking incoming sales calls, calculating and drafting formal quotations, and responding to customer enquiries. You will also be processing orders on Sage, assessing stock and placing orders, and providing input on day-to-day business decisions.

This is a varied role and no day would be the same, therefore this role would suit somebody who is adaptable and can think on their feet. You will be educated to a minimum of A Levels, have excellent numerical skills, a clear and professional telephone manner, and a high level of attention to detail. This is an ideal role for recent graduates or those with customer facing experience.
