This is a a fantastic role working in the centre of Taunton, walking distance of the main shopping area, within the finance team as administrative support to the Finance Assistant.
The role will involve a lot of data entry and the updating of spreadsheets with Sales Ledger information. As well as dealing with any queries which arise within this spreadsheet and supporting the finance team with any other administrative tasks as required. You may also be asked to support the administrative tasks in other departments during busy periods.
Successful candidates will need previous administration experience and must be able to update Excel spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail, efficiency and patience are essential qualities as well as a good understanding of all Microsoft applications specifically Excel, Word and Outlook and strong computer and data entry skills.
Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
This is initially on a temporary contract but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Rate of pay is between £8.50 and £9.00 per hour dependant on experience.
