TEMP WITH A VIEW TO PERM
We are urgently looking for a Finance Administrator to work Monday to Friday 36.25hrs/week.
Main duties include:
Monitoring expenditure, using spreadsheets to create income and expenditure reports
Raising invoices and internal transfers
Supporting payments for one off purchases
Raising Purchase orders and payments
Managing booking for travel arrangements, accommodation, Transport
Setting up new suppliers on the in house computer system
Covering reception when required face to face, phone enquiries and deliveries
