Are you an experienced customer service professional? Do you have experience in Export? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a global material solutions company based in Sandbach, Cheshire on a 6-month fixed term contract paying up to £21,000, working Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am-3.45pm (37.5hours) + free parking.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, creating quotes on the ERP system, logging customer feedback, and providing commercial support including preparing, sending, and following up offers and samples to customers.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous customer service experience from export, or a manufacturing, production, materials or technical industry, with strong IT skills and knowledge of ERP systems. You should be a good team player, able to work off your own initiative, and have a strong work ethic.
