Meridian are currently recruiting for a well-respected market leading company based in Wellington. The company is currently seeking a new Export Coordinator to join their established team. Whilst experience in Import/ Export or Logistics would be beneficial, this is not an essential requirement for the role as full training will be provided. The role is Permanent full time for 37.5 hours per week.

Role Duties:
  • Order processing customer orders
  • General standard and unique paperwork to fit the requirements for exporting to each market
  • Aligning stock to incoming orders
  • Liaise at each level with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and external warehouses to guide each shipment through to its destination
  • Problem solving through the export process
  • Invoicing of each shipment to final customer using SAP, and EDI systems
  • Previous experience in an Export, Import or Logistics role desirable
  • Experience using an ERP/ EDI system such as SAP desirable
  • Commercial experience working within an office environment is essential
