Our client is looking for a bright, confident and driven PA to provide comprehensive, high quality, confidential administrative support to the COO of this award winning independent consultancy business.

It will be a challenging and demanding role and will involve complex diary management, organising all internal and external meetings, client meetings and Board of Director meetings. The COO travels frequently, both in the UK and internationally and you will book and manage travel arrangements and itineraries. You will ensure meetings are managed effectively and have adequately prepared for any meeting by preparing agendas, presentations and briefing documents. You will work closely with the PA to CEO, to coordinate meetings and schedules, company events and dinners.

You will have previous PA/Board level experience working for a global organisation and be experienced in dealing with clients/ or have worked in a client service industry. Being able to work autonomously is essential as well as being able to juggle multiple projects and perform well under pressure.
