Meridian recruitment are representing a market leading organisation in the appointment of a Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management & HR teams.
The role will be varied day to day, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Executive Team (Directors) as well as providing clerical support to the HR team as and
when required. Typical responsibilities (not limited) will include diary management, attending meetings and preparing accurate and timely minutes, the administration of purchase orders & invoices, booking travel & accommodation, collating documentation for the purpose of departmental audits and the administration of staff absence on internal systems; recruitment administration.
You will complete any HR related tasks as requested by the HR Director or Senior HR Advisor and maintain a professional confidential approach when handling any company documents in line with GDPR.
To comply with the company Health & Safety procedures. To comply with the data protection legislation (including GDPR). To support the Managing Director as and when required. To perform any other duties required by the Executive Team/senior management including occasional travel.
