Estimator

An independent, successful leading multi-discipline building services company are looking for an Estimator to join their friendly, hard working team at their offices in Croydon, and work alongside their Head of Estimating to manage tenders for building projects of varied size, researching and obtaining all information needed in order to successfully tender and win business.

Your new role as Estimator will see you undertake Mechanical and Electrical tenders, reviewing, evaluating and completing all documentation through researching and obtaining estimates and prices from sub-contractors and suppliers - utilising your ability to build strong relationships with them as well as your clients.  You will also get involved with site surveys when required as well.

This is a great opportunity to bring to the table your previous experience as an Estimator working on mechanical and electrical projects, your knowledge of the construction sector, and your strong organisational, analytical and numerical skills, and have the chance to grow and develop your career in a fast paced environment.  

Your role will be based at the Croydon office, however there will be the opportunity to carry out site visits as well.

Salary c. £35-40k p.a. (depending on the level of experience)
