  • Salary up to £35,000 
  • Contract to 37.5 hours 
  • Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16.45 and Friday 08:00 – 13.30

As a Demand Planner, you will pay a vital role in supporting our company; you will take ownership of using product, engineering knowledge & data, to prioritise activities & achieve supplier KPI developments 
 
You will be an experienced Demand Planner in a manufacturing/ production environment, ability to work to ISO9001 & related quality systems, alongside experience in a range of demand planning management. 
 
Using your experience with manufacturing/ productionyou will analyse supply & demand data to support planning operations across different areas of the business. You will develop the management of forecast models, drive for continuous improvement, trimming lead times, ensure that all processes improve accuracy & performance for the customer. 
 
Demand Planner core responsibilities: 
  • Engaging with the different areas of the business to understand their future demand and reflect this in model and forecast. 
  • Managing the forecast model and related processes, analysing information and managing assessment process by the planning team.  
  • Measuring forecast accuracy, analyse errors, remove the cause from the current forecast and future forecasts  
  • Develop and maintain the forecast model, trimming lead times & improving data accuracy 
  • Coordinate data and root cause analysis activities, implementing corrective actions. 
  • Monitoring projects and engineering changes reflected in the forecast and IQM models.  
 
 
Demand Planner person: 
  • Experienced forecasting data, IT planning systems & ERP systems & Root Cause 
  • Strongly focus on continuous improvement & working to deadlines 
  • Very organised & exceptionally capable of inventory & data management
