Built on innovation and fast becoming the leading brand in our sector we seek an E-Commerce and Social Media Manager to join our growing Team. Our ambition is to be the number 1 in our market place and we are determined to be ahead of our competitors. Our market has a predicted worth of over $360m by 2025. Your role will be to lead our organisation's social media strategy in order to boost visibility and customer and client engagement. By managing our organisation's online presence, developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns we will drive our brand from strength to strength. We would like you to take ownership and responsibility for this function as we are a fast growing, innovative company that prides itself on being forward thinkers and being progressive. Most importantly you will be part of a close and welcoming team of people that believe in our ambition to be a leader in our categories and believe in what we do and stand for. You will be the person behind the company's digital strategy while also being able to strategise with world-wide leading players.

In essence you will manage and maintain individually branded social media channels, create and deliver email campaigns, develop and manage our branded websites and account manage one of our key online retailers to increase web sales and meet and beat the social media engagement targets that we will set you. Experience of previous budget creation and administration, coupled with working with external agencies is required. Ideally you will come with hands on web and design skill, where success can be demonstrable on all digital platforms.

As we grow you will have the opportunity to create your own digital marketing team. Therefore if you have managed a team previously, this would be a real advantage.

In return we offer competitive benefits and a salary of around £28k basic initially.
