Dual Registered Manager, Children's SHB - Stoke Area - Up to £40,000 (dependant on experience).

This is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. They offer a consistent and effective approach to all their Young People and go out of their way to ensure positive outcomes for everyone involved. They have children's services as well as packages for care leavers.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate manager to oversee 2 services un the Stoke area. You will over see both of the homes and will strive to uphold quality care at all times. One of the services is a 3 Bed, one is a Solo unit, both are for Children and Young People with Sexually Harmful Behaviour.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the service and for leading your teams. You will ensure the Children and Young People have the best possible chance to live a full and independent life. You will oversee Ofsted inspections and will be involved in the referral process for both homes.

This is a 9-5, Monday to Friday role but some degree of flexibility would be expected. This is an excellent opportunity with a well-established and reputable organisation, and will give you the chance to make a real positive impact with plenty of chance for progression.

To apply for this role, you must have the following,

- Experience in a Registered Manager role before, within Children's Services

- QCF Level 5 or equivalent

- Good knowledge of Ofsted and regulations within Children's Residential Care

- Driver

- Calm under pressure with plenty of passion
