If the answer is yes, then you will want to hear about a brand new Document Controller opportunity at an established leader in building services. Your new role will see you:
- manage, collect and store documentation and files from projects, O&M, and business departments
- ensure all documentation meets format requirements and are delivered at the appropriate times
- maintain document control procedures
As a Document Controller you will also be responsible for providing proposals for clients and preparing contracts; managing all Health & Safety paperwork and clients certificates - ensuring they are up to date; and booking Health & Safety training for employees.
Along with document management system experience and good IT skills, the ability to prioritise, and a high attention to detail are essential for this brand new position!
Salary up to £25,000 p.a.
