- General administrative support such as logging and filing and scanning Quality Assurance Documents
- Document quality control such as reviewing and checking internal inspection reports.
- Maintaining document registers
- Prepare and administer agreed documents to required personnel.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
