Meridian Business Support are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Document Administrator to join our client based in Renfrew to provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance team and assist with the duties required for the final delivery of customer and company documentation.
Key Deliverables:
  • General administrative support such as logging and filing and scanning Quality Assurance Documents
  • Document quality control such as reviewing and checking internal inspection reports.
  • Maintaining document registers  
  • Prepare and administer agreed documents to required personnel.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday
