Deputy Manager, Nurse Qualified (RMN/RGN) - Bourne Area – £19.50 p/h (£40,000 salary) plus excellent benefits and progression
This is a purpose built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. Situated in the Wednesfield, Wolverhampton the home offers a modern and supportive environment with en-suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas. Our dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs. You will work alongside the registered manager to oversee and run the day to day of the service. You will use your skills and knowledge to lead the team to provide quality care at all times. You will also ensure the service runs well and will help the manager with all CQC inspections with support from area and regional managers. The house is currently rated good across all areas.Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

My client is a large, national provider for Adults Social Care. They specialise in bespoke care in residential, supported living and community settings. They support adults with mental health, Learning Disability, ABI and Dementia. They pride themselves on providing quality care at all times, and to enable and empower their service users to live fulfilled lives where possible. 
To apply for this role, you must have the following,
  • Experience as a senior member of staff in similar environment 
  • RMN/RGN Qualified (live pin)
  • Good knowledge of regulations and CQC standard 
  • Passionate and caring
