Childrens Deputy Manager - Oswestry Area - Up to £26,034 plus Benefits

We are looking for an experienced and passioate Deputy Manager for the brand new service about to open. This will be a 3 Bed EBD service for Children and Young People. As this is a new service, you will help with the setting up of this service alongside the Manager. This is an excellent way to use your skills to make a real impact from the start. The team area friendly and welcoming, and this company offers great opportunity for progression.
You will be responsible for assisting the Manager with the day to day running of the service and managing in their absence. You will also use your skills and knowledge to motivate the staff team and ensure the Children and Young People have all their needs met. You will offer leadership and guidance to the team and will support junior members of staff and will strive to uphold the high standards of care at all times.
This role will involve sleep ins and the shift pattern is a 2 on 4 off.
To apply for this job, you must have the following,
- Experience working in a Children's Residential Service
- Experience in a Senior Team Leader or Supervisory role in Children's Services
- NVQ 3 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (or equivalent)
- Passion for making a difference
