Do you possess proven B2B delegate/events sales experience, and the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships?
An exciting opportunity as Delegate Sales Manager has arisen at a highly successful, independent media company based in idyllic, beautiful surroundings, where you will be responsible for ensuring the correct volume of a quality targeted delegate audience are secured for a serious of brand related events. You will also be responsible for motivating and managing your small delegate sales team to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
As Delegate Sales Manager you will personally generate delegate income for events through building meaningful new business relationships whilst also maintaining and maximising existing revenues. Your new role will involve researching new relevant potential prospects, and developing new business through telephone calls and other media options to expand the client base and increase sales in order to meet and exceed audience/delegate registration targets.
In managing your delegate sales team, you'll also be responsible for motivating your team and supporting individuals so that team KPIs are achieved, and assisting with event campaign strategies.
Previous proven B2B delegate / events sales experience is essential for this role
