The Role -
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will lead a team of Customer Support Advisors in providing customer support for both public and commercial sectors via telephone and email channels. You will be required to coach your team to deliver high levels of customer service and be responsible for the prioritisation of work flow to ensure that issues are dealt with quickly and to the highest standard. This is a role which requires substantial experience in a customer support environment, coupled with the desire and ability to deliver continuous customer service improvement.
The role will involve carrying out team appraisals, produce and report KPI statistics to senior management and taking ownership for any issues, providing support and further escalation when necessary.
To apply we will be looking for you to be self motivated with extensive experience of delivering high levels of customer service. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills with great problem solving skills. You will need experience of leading a team and be driven to achieve outstanding results.
