We are working with a highly reputable and supportive company based in Wellington, Somerset to help them recruit a Customer Service and Sales Support Manager to join their team focusing on their public sector clients.

The Role -
Reporting to the Head of Public Sector, you will lead a team of Customer Support Advisers in providing customer support for the public sector clients via telephone and email channels alongside managing a sales support function that is designed to enable field sales staff to maximise their time and enable them to be in front of customers and clients more frequently. You will be required to coach your team to deliver high levels of customer service and be responsible for the prioritisation of work flow to ensure that issues are dealt with quickly and to the highest standard. This is a role which requires substantial experience in a customer support environment, coupled with the desire and ability to deliver continuous customer service improvement.
The role will involve carrying out team appraisals, produce and report KPI statistics to senior management and taking ownership for any issues, providing support and further escalation when necessary.
To apply we will be looking for you to be self motivated with extensive experience of delivering high levels of customer service and sales support. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills with great problem solving skills. You will need experience of leading a team and be driven to achieve outstanding results. It is essential that the successful candidate has knowledge of procurement regulations, frameworks and portals which could be gained within healthcare, central or local government, Ministry of Defence or Ministry of Justice. It is desirable that you have come from a document management background but in no way essential. You will however need to be logically minded with the ability to learn a technical solution
