You will be responsible for taking calls, emails, answering queries from customers, processing orders and handle any complaints whilst providing a friendly and professional service. You will be involved in helping to manage the customer services team, handling any team queries and issues as well as developing processes and systems for continuous improvement as the business grows.
You will be able to demonstrate at least two years customer service experience in an office environment, some supervisory/team leader experience and have a positive, confident "can do" attitude. A strong knowledge of Excel is also required. This is fantastic opportunity to showcase your customer service and management ability and be an integral part of the continued growth of the business.
