Customer Service Representative

In this role you will:
  • Carry out a range of Customer Service administrative activities ensuring that the work is completed and adheres to our processes and relevant external regulations.
  • Provide information and assist our customers.
  • Use a variety of systems to administer our Customers Pension and Investment products
  • Perform in line with expectations and your own personal targets to ensure your Team and Department performance is met
  • Communicate with our Customers via letter, email, or telephone.
  • Receive excellent training and support

Role Requirements:
  • Experience working in a customer facing role
  • Have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s Grade C/4 and above including maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional and confident approach whilst communicating
  • Natural ability and genuine desire to help our customers
  • Logical approach to tasks
  • Calm and concise under pressure
  • Be customer driven in every task
  • Strong IT and experience with a variety of IT systems
  • Great organisational skills
