We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to work on an ongoing temporary contract at our prestigious Aerospace and Defence client based in Yeovil, Somerset.
As a Customer Service Officer you will be required to support the delivery of materiel and services in accordance with the contract baselines, produce progress reports to monitor KPIs and customer output, process and expedite customer requirements on SAP and document processes and procedures for the team.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent Excel skills, must have a positive attitude expressed in drive, motivation and commitment in executing the tasks in a cross functional and multidiscipline team and have excellent communication skills.
