Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager that thrives in a challenging environment?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to work for our prestigious Aerospace and Defence client based in Yeovil, Somerset.

You will be the interface point between the customer and our client for all customer related operational and support matters. You should have strong customer needs awareness and have the ability to "think customer."

It important that you can proactively manage the customers needs and requirements and take responsibility of managing the budget allocated to the relevant programmes. You should also have a positive attitude, be highly motivated and have programme management skills.
