Customer Service Coordinator

Do you enjoy speaking with customers face to face or over the phone? Do you possess excellent numerical skills? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an organisation which supplies the home, garden and industrial markets with fencing products based near Stoke on Trent. This is an entry level office role with a salary of £18-20k working 9am-5pm Mon to Thu, with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays!

As Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for taking incoming enquiries via phone and email, advising customers on product range, processing orders on the computerised system and calculating and drafting formal quotations. You will also be processing invoices on Sage, assessing stock and placing orders with suppliers.

It is essential you have previous customer facing experience with a confident telephone manner with the ability to demonstrate excellent Maths skills in order to produce accurate quotations. You will be educated to a minimum of A Levels, have excellent numerical skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

This is an ideal role for recent graduates or college leavers who have some customer service experience. Proficiency in MS Office with good keyboard skills are also a key requirement for the role.
