Are you an experienced Sales Administrator from a manufacturing environment with excellent Customer Service skills? A leading packaging manufacturer in Telford is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their order processing team. You will be working 9am-5pm and receive a salary of £21-23K, plus pension and generous annual leave.
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the correct processing of customer orders and outgoing deliveries. You will be required to manage the receipt of orders and liaise with the supply chain and production departments to ensure customer requirements are fully understood, processing and confirming customer orders, and identifying orders which are behind schedule. You will also be investigating and resolving customer complaints, trouble shooting.
Ideally you will have at least five years experience in customer service, logistics, or shipping. Strong computer skills are required with excellent attention to detail as every order is bespoke.
