The role is primarily a candidate management role ensuring that the right talent and expertise for the recruitment consultants, clients, and market sector that you support is sourced in order to meet the recruitment demands of the branch.
Although not a sales-based role you will still play a fundamental part in creating a demand for Meridian Business Support’s services within your market sector, in order to help increase the gross margin profit for the branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a division delivers a fully compliant service, within the NHS and the private health sector, offering permanent, temporary, and interim health staff covering all disciplines and Bands.
