Customer Service Advisor/ Sales Assistant

Meridian are currently recruiting for a well- respected insurance provider in Taunton who are seeking new Customer Service Advisors  to join them due to business growth. The role is to speak with customers both face to face and on the phone about the line of insurance products the company provides.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Deal confidently with clients both face to face and over the phone

  • Ability to speak to customers around specific products and services- ideally gained from previous employment history

  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability

Required skills/traits:

  • Experience in working in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment

  • Product or service advise background beneficial
