Customer Service Advisor, Bridgwater Permanent or Temp to Perm

Thriving local company are looking for a new team member to help with their current expansion plan. This is a busy role that will use your admin and customer service skills, when taking calls you may be speaking to vulnerable customers so an ability to show empathy is required.
This is predominately an administrative role but you will also need customer care skills as back up to the team.
The general duties will include inputting and checking prescriptions against the system, liaising with Doctors surgeries and processing orders.
As support to the team you may take calls from customers with a query or enquiry this needs to be dealt with and solved as quickly as possible, the occasional complaint must be looked at and answered within the company guidelines to a satisfactory conclusion.
Our client needs strong administration skills, excellent communication ability both written and oral, a team player who pays attention to detail and picks up new systems quickly.
This is a permanent vacancy but our client may consider temp to perm.
Salary £1760.00 plus Company bonus up to £2000, 26 days holiday plus Bank Holiday, pension and discounts.
Hours Monday to Friday either 8.00 - 4.30 or 9.00 - 5.30 on a rota basis, start as soon as possible.
