Meridian are currently recruiting for a well- respected business in Ilton who are seeking new Customer Service Advisors to join their aftersales team due to business growth. They have an exciting opportunity to join their friendly, hardworking, customer focused After Sales team in the Customer Services department. Working for an established and specialist company who produce high spec products.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and compliments
  • Providing support for both internal and external customers.
  • Processing returns with the customer, tracking and following through to completion.
  • Processing replacement orders.
  • Updating all aspects of customer records to maintain quality databases.
  • Processing sales orders
  • Achieving high levels of customer care
  • Recognising and highlighting recurring consumer and product issues to management.
Required skills/traits:
  • Experience in working in any customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Contribute to the wider team
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Experience of managing telephony duties with administration tasks
