Meridian are currently recruiting for a well- respected healthcare employer in Bridgwater who are seeking new Customer Service Advisors  to join them due to business growth. This is a telephone-based role and sucesfull Customer Service Advisors should be confident with this communication method.

Role Responsibilities :
  • To provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Resolve customer issues first time
  • Provide an efficient service to all customers
  • To process all information and orders accurately
  • To monitor customer feedback and report as required
  • To effectively deal with any complaints
  • Ensure Data Protection and confidentiality is always maintained
Required skills/traits:
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced customer service environment- alternatively experience within the Care industry would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Contribute to the wider team
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of managing telephony duties with administration tasks
