A successful and cutting edge organisation within the pharmaceutical industry is recruiting for a Customer Experience Associate to join their fast growing team based in Acton, West London.

Salary £23,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, working either Mon-Fri or Fri - Tues on a rota on shifts - 8am - 6pm, 9am - 7pm & 10am - 8pm

As a Customer Experience associate, you will be working within a small team to deliver the best customer service to our Patients, GPs and other pharmacies. Using your exceptional experience you will provide customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media. An ability to adapt to change will be key within this growing team.

Joining one of the UK's fastest growing start-up companies, you will have previous customer service experience, ideally within the Pharmaceutical sector.

Your desire to work in a forward thinking and agile organisation together with a good sense of humour will enable you to hit the ground running in this role.

This role would suit: Clinical Administrator, Pharmacy Dispenser, Pharmacy Assistant, Qualified Dispenser, Dispensing Assistant, Surgery Administrator, Pharmacy Administrator, NHS Administrator, GP Receptionist, Customer service, call centre.

Commutable from: Acton, Wembley, Shepherds Bush, Brentford, Ealing, Chiswick, Richmond, Hammersmith, Heston, Hounslow, Greenford, Southall.
