We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our established client, based within the Basingstoke area.
Day to day you would providing exceptional customer experience on the phone, arranging transport of equipment such as wheelchairs and other support equipment. You would also be able to deal confidently with enquires and updating the inhouse systems on a daily basis.
Due to the nature of this role, inbound/outbound telephone experience is required.
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communications skills - both written and spoken
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Able to work confidently with Microsoft Office packages
- A customer focused mentality
This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday to Friday with parking on site.
