Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts: 0700-1530/ 1000-1830

Pay Rate: £8.95 per hour (£18,625 per annum) plus excellent benefits, training and FREE parking onsite

The Role: You will be taking up to 30 phone calls per day, taking customer queries relating to the ordering system as well as operate their "Live Chat" and input information. You will be using various software packages and full training will be provided. You do not need call centre experience, however alternative customer service experience would be advantageous perhaps from a retail background. You must be prepared to undergo a full DBS and Credit check as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost. Ideally you will have been in the UK for the last 5 years and not been out of the UK for over 30 days within this time period.
